Don’t Regret! Don’t Apologise!

Doing absolutely nothing is seriously much needed sometimes; not just for your body, but for the well being of your mind and soul. When you are an entrepreneur and a house maker at the same time, you know that you have a little time to for the well-being of yourself. However, it’s really needed to pace down and give yourself a moment to breathe, a moment to just sit down and stare at nothing. And, trust me, you will never have to have regrets doing that.

How can I not feel guilty while seriously not doing anything? 

Believe me or not, just like you, I do have moments when I really feel like doing nothing, but at the same time, I feel as if I am really wasting my precious time. I am wasting the precious mAoments when I could have been more productive and could have done a lot more stuff that would be beneficial for me, my work and surely my financial state too. But, I then pause and think of everything that I have achieved till now, all the ups and downs, the roller coster kind of my journey in the past 8 years of entrepreneurship and I soon take a deep breathe and I say myself, you DESERVE this! Yes, after working for days and nights, after giving your 100% to whatever you do, you deserve to have a self time, a time when you do absolutely nothing.
